Methods of Use
- Place 1 to 2 drops ( depending on your tolerance for strength) of Ease in a large bowl and add boiling water from the kettle.
- Make sure the bowl is on a flat and sturdy surface – not on your lap.
- Ensure to be careful when using boiling water and never leave children unsupervised when performing the steam inhalation method.
- Use a large sheet and place it over the head while placing the face over the water and steaming at a comfortable distance, being careful not to burn.
- Breathe deeply and gently for 5 to 15 minutes, alternating through the nose and mouth.
Precautions
People with severe asthma and COPD who experience heat-induced breathing difficulties should avoid this technique and check with their physician first.
