Aldila Frankincense Boswellia Carterii Oil

• Topical: Apply 1-2 drops on the desired area

• Massage: a few drops into the hands and feet for a warm, soothing effect after strenuous activity  
• Diffusion:  3-4 drops in the diffuser of your choice for a calming atmosphere.
