Description:

- Dilution: 1 Drop per 5ml of carrier oil
- Topical: It is recommended to dilute with a carrier oil and to not use neat on the skin.
- Massage: Excellent choice as a chest rub/balm mixed with a carrier oil or coconut
Butter for a chest balm remedy or under the feet for relief of coughing.
- Diffusion: 1 – 3 drops in a burner, mist machine or vaporizer.
- Steam Inhalation : 1 drops per 250ml water used for steam inhalation with caution.
