New Client Policy

All new clients are required to pay a non-refundable booking confirmation and administration fee

of R 250.00 prior to the day of their appointment via EFT to secure their booking. Proof of payment to be sent via the call center number 082 253 3338 or via: frontdesk@abwellnes.co.za with your name as reference. Please note that if there is no payment reflection, the booking is been confirmed.

Booking and Confirmation Policy

You will receive a WhatsApp Message one day prior to your appointment and the Friday before your Monday appointment as confirmation of your booking. Please take note if you do not receive a message, your booking is not confirmed.

Aldila Etiquette: Last-minute cancellations and no-shows

While we do understand that life happens, we value both your time and ours, and therefore we would like to remind you of our 24-hour cancellation and no-show policy. Please note that appointments not honoured or moved before the 24-hour timeline will be billed for at the full rate. This includes all treatments and drip therapies. If you booked an appointment and you do not show up, it will be deemed as a no-show and cancellation by default. Please note that you will still be held liable for the cost of the treatment booked but not honoured and will still be billed in full. We are very proud of our exclusive establishment offering treatments of exponential value, service and care, and we trust that the relationship with our clients, based on mutual respect, will prevent future embarrassment with regards to this policy.

Confidentiality Policy

I understand that this wellness practice is a safe vault space that is built on values of mutual respect, truth, honesty, integrity, and pure intention. It is, therefore, important that a relationship of trust between one another exists with the understanding that all the conversations and information shared in the sessions by all parties involved are sacred and private and will be kept as such for our highest good and healing. No sessions may be recorded by any party. Should you be dissatisfied with your service, please inform the owner immediately – we place a high value on open, direct and honest communication and strive for excellence.

Stillness and Relaxation Policy

Kindly ensure that you switch your cell phone off when entering the practice and refrain from speaking on your phone in the practice. We believe that healing takes place in silence and stillness and encourage you to familiarise yourself with our practice Etiquette and Policies.

INDEMNITY

The intention of every session is designed to assist the client with personal growth, reaching their highest potential to lead a quality life of substance and integrity. All sessions take place with my permission, and should any minor be a client of the practice, it will be done with the full consent of the mother or legal guardian. Should I or anyone linked to me, experience a negative outcome after any session be it in health, wealth, relationships, social, cultural, economic, spiritual, emotional or any other situation whatsoever that is judged by myself or another as negative, I agree, to not hold Cormaderm Wellness Practice, Aldila Beyond Wellness Centre, Aldila Geldenhuis or any other representative, locum, nurse, doctor, homoeopath, or employee integrated, affiliated and part of the company liable or responsible in any way. By signing this document, I acknowledge, understand and accept that should this occur. it could only be the result of the choices I made in my life going forward and not because any other party forced anything upon me without my consent or permission.

The premises are entered at my own risk, and I indemnify the Company: Corma Aldila Beyond Wellness Centre, the owner and any representatives/ locums/ etc. against any personal injury or loss with regards to theft, injury, accident or to my private property, vehicle, persons, or items.

I complete my details in this document willingly and with the understanding that such will represent my signature as acknowledgement and acceptance of all the terms and conditions noted.
