The 4 S’s of wellness – The Science, The Story, The Symptoms, The Solutions
The Journey of Composure has been developed with the physical bodily reaction to stress and tension in mind. Trauma and stress locks in the muscles and may manifest as muscle tension, spasms, locked joints, aches, pains, tension headaches, tension in the jaw and clenching of teeth and even migraines.
Very specific essential oils have been chosen and formulated in such a way to improve blood circulation, drain the liquid in the bursa causing inflammation, soothing tired aching muscles, ease cramps and muscle spasms and supporting the highly strung person and stressed body through constant times of tension and stressful periods.
Most of us carry stress and tension in the body, many times unknowingly. Due to this autopilot behaviour, we are constantly struggling with muscle tension and a body that is not feeling relaxed and calm, but rather tense and stiff.
The body keeps the score and if we are not aware of our emotional state, it may manifest in the body through the various symptoms if not addressed accordingly. Therefore the intention behind the development of Embark No. 7 – Composure.
The lack of awareness by neglecting the daily act of self-care through relaxation with clear intention to calming and de-stress the body on regular basis can lead us to lose our composure. .
