It is a must-have in any household. The Aldila Kit is made from high-quality materials, double-lined with organic cotton removable inner pieces that can be washed easily. Additional strong Velcro has been used to ensure that the pack supports the body properly, ensuring its effectiveness, durability, and comfort of wear.

There are 3 main considerations to take into account when working with pain and inflammation :

1. Use the best organic castor oil
2. Heat in the form of a heat pack
3. Pressure – in the form of the waistband to hold all in place

It has a potent anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effect on any part of the body where it is placed. It stimulates lymphatic and blood flow and is an excellent and effective way to detox the kidneys and liver safely. The biggest secret to success is the regular and consistent use of your castor oil pack. Indications as follows:

1. Relieves period pain, lower back pain, endometriosis and PCOS.

Directions for use:

As per the videos on Aldila.co.za, here follows the protocol for use:

 

1. Take your heat pack and heat in the microwave for 1-2 minutes varying on your microwave– it is important to only heat the heat pack and not the other parts of your kit.
2. Use your organic cotton towel and immerse in Aldila castor oil using a glass container to keep it separate for individual use.
3. Apply the castor oil cotton drenched towel to the specific target area ensuring it is covered well – in addition you may add specific essential oil mixes such as Aldila Endovance Oil or Aldila Compose Pain Relief oil blended with your Castor oil on the specific area and then apply the drenched cotton cloth over.
4. Place the heat pack inside of the material casing and ensure the Velcro is attached well to the outer material waistband – apply over the cotton-drenched cloth and ensure that it is firmly applied and adjusted to your comfort.
5. Leave for about 20-30 minutes ( do this on a regular basis to achieve desired results) – rest if you can and allow the heat and product to activate accordingly. If you prefer, you can sleep with your castor oil pack
6. After removing the pack, place the cotton cloth back in the glass container for next use.
7. Massage the area well, ensuring that all the oil is absorbed well.
8. If the flannel parts are stained with oil, give them a cold wash as you would do with cotton sheets.
9. The outer casing may be washed as needed but should not be stained if applied correctly.

 

Washing and Care:

The Aldila Castor Oil pack has been made with high quality materials and with proper care will last for a long time.

Wash separately in a cold wash using a mild detergent as you would do with cotton sheets.

The disposable cotton cloths may be disposed of after 5 uses or as needed and should not be shared between individuals.
